Mission

We provide commercial driver training on and off-highway for British Columbia. Our programs use both competency-based and experiential learning approaches. Our team of dedicated instructors brings over 40 years of industry experience. We offer customized training solutions for both individual drivers and corporate clients. We help you become a confident, professional driver.

All Professional drivers have the required training and knowledge to competently deliver the goods that people require for daily life in British Columbia.

For over forty years, our instructors have worked within the transportation industry hauling logs, freight, animals, and equipment. In 2018, in response to a growing need for well-trainined professional drivers, we started training people how to safely drive and operate all types of commercial vehicles. We are building a reputation as a company that cares about providing quality training that leads directly to sustainable employemnt. 

Leaning heavily on the theory of #theplusoneprnciple, Go Team is focused on building community capacity by creating a variety of opportunities for people to quickly develop excellent driving skills to use to go to work with a good company.

Tier 1 Introduction to Professional Driving

This introductory program comprises 70 hours of training designed to assist aspiring professional drivers to explore various career opportunities within the transportation sector.

Tier 1 Add-On

 

Intended to complement your training with 40-80 hours of unpaid work experience, this program is designed to enable you to apply newly acquired skills and abilities in a professional workplace environment.

Reach out to us today to embark on your new career as a class 5, 4, 3, 2, or 1 commercial driver, gaining valuable  work experience can lead to meaningful employment opportunities.

Class 3 Standard (with Air)

November 24. 2025 

🎯 Who Should Attend: this course is ideal for anyone operating commercial tractors as a professional driver. Examples of  Job Titles include: Owner/Operator; Dump Truck Driver.  

Tuition is $150/hour​.

Class 3 Automatic (with Air)

November 24. 2025 

🎯 Who Should Attend: this course is ideal for anyone operating commercial tractors as a professional driver. Examples of Job Titles include Fireman/Firewoman, Snow Plow Driver; and Garbage Truck Operator.  

Tuition is $150/hour​.

Class 2 Automatic (with Air)

November 24, 2025

🎯 Who Should Attend: this course is ideal for anyone who operates passenger buses that are licensed to carry 25 or more passengers. 

Tuition is $150/hour.

ICBC Air Brakes 11-hour Certification Course

December 6 & 7, 2025

This course includes an ICBC pre-trip assessment.

Prerequisite: Minimum  ICBC class 7 License.

🎯 Who Should Attend: this course is ideal for anyone who operates vehicles equipped with air brakes on public roads.

Tuition is $300.

35-Hour Train the Trainer Course – Instructor-Led & Competency-based curriculum.

🎯 Who Should Attend

This course is ideal for anyone responsible for teaching, coaching, or developing others in the workplace, including:

  • Safety Officers – leading safety meetings, toolbox talks, or compliance training

  • Human Resources Professionals – conducting onboarding, employee development, or policy training

  • Driver Coaches and Mentors– mentoring new drivers and ensuring CVSE compliance

  • Supervisors & Team Leaders – stepping into training or mentoring roles

Resource Road Driver Safety Training (4 hours)

This course includes radio communication protocols, a comprehensive driving assessment, and practical training.

Prerequisite: Class 7N license.

🎯 Who Should Attend: individuals that operate vehicles on high-traffic Forest Service Roads.

This course is ideal for anyone responsible for safely hauling groceries, equipment, and materials to camps and mines.

Tuition is $600.

Code 20 Heavy Trailer Endorsement (4 hours) 

Pre-requisite: ICBC Code 20 Learner's License.

🎯 Who Should Attend: this course is ideal for anyone operating commercial vehicles towing trailers that weigh in excess of 4600kg. 

Tuition is $75/hour.

Utility Trailer Towing Training (4 hours)

Pre-requisite: minimum Class 7N license.

🎯 Who Should Attend: individuals who require practical experience pulling boat, car, and utility trailers for work or pleasure.

Tuition is $300.
