Meet  Our Leadership Team

Total transparency throughout the training process

Have you ever been exposed to a performance review where the evaluation strategy involved a rating scale that was based solely on the opinion of the supervisor?  This is a sure way to create unnecessary inner conflict among all parties.  Having a strategy that embodies transparency within an organization is a sure-fire way to build trust among all levels of a team.

Whether Go Team is providing custom instruction or commercial driver training, the secret to our student's success is in the training design.  Competency-based learning is a proven strategy for helping learners to quickly understand the training expectations, while at the same time developing the necessary level of self-efficacy to accomplish the training goals.

Using a competency-based training model simplifies the training delivery and helps to reduce the level of personal bias that a trainer may hold toward the learner. Total transparency throughout the training process is what we strive for at Go Team.  Our main job is to enhance the success of our students and clients by delivering a curriculum that is simple for learners to master.

Ted Dillman has worked for over forty years within the BC and Alberta forest industries. His

knowledge and experience in trucking is extensive. Raising his family in Prince George, BC was

made possible because of the many individuals in his life who helped him develop great people and driving skills.

If you were to ask him how he became such a competent truck driver, Ted would answer in a positive

manner that resonates with the idea of shared wisdom from his mentors. He might also admit to the

fact that no matter how good of a truck driver we feel we are, there is always room for improvement.

Perhaps this is why Ted has chosen to pay it forward by becoming an Instructor.

Laurie Dillman has spent the last 35 years directing her energy and talents toward helping community-minded individuals and organizations achieve their goals.
